Econophysics Colloquium 2020

24-26 May 2021

Econophysics Colloquium is an annual meeting on Econophysics that brings together physicists, economists and practitioners to discuss statistical methods, quantitative measures, modelling approaches, numerical simulations and non-conventional data mining methods applied to financial and socioeconomic systems.

Call for papers

We invite you to submit a one-page abstract until the 1st of March 2021, via our EasyChair submission link: EasyChair

Publication of papers: Full size papers that are submitted to the Conference will be refereed by the standard method and accepted papers will appear in a Journal issue. Details will be announced soon.

Young scientist award

There will be an award sponsored my Entropy Journal to the best poster presentation by a young scientist, up to post-doctoral level.

Venue

The EC 2020 venue will take place at the Aristotle University's Research Dissemination Center (KEDEA), situated downtown, on Tritis Septemvriou Str. at Aristotle University’s campus between the Student Club and the University Gymnasium, 660 metres from the AUTh Administration Building.

The Conference Center provides ultra modern auditoriums, exhibition space of 300 sq.m. and conference halls supported by the required equipment and the applicable technical support, including, sound system installations, permanent simultaneous translation booths, digital sound recording, permanent projector screen 8,00 x 4,40 m, along with specially designated areas for the organisation of coffee breaks and dinners.
